Small size with intense red flesh Altata RZ is a crimson sweet type watermelon which is ideal for one person thanks to its smaller size and average weight of 3 kg (and 4 when grafted). Its shape is round and uniform, and its skin is attractive with fading stripes. The flesh has an intense red colour and contains no black seeds. This variety is recommended for open-field production.
